Melie offers Standard and Express deliveries worlwide.

See below both costs and shipping times for your country.

When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM (UTC/GMT +00:00) will begin processing on the following Monday. Melie Team will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

About Refused Shipments:

If you refuse a shipment from Melie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Melie. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Important information for countries outside European Union (EU):

At this time we aren't accepting any exchanges and returns from countries outside of the UE. All taxes and duties are in charge of the costumer.

Please send an email to info@meliestore.com, with your name and order number. Within 48 hours, we will contact you back.

Are out of stock products restocked?

If an item is sold out, we will try our best to restock it and make it available again as quickly as possible. If not, the product will not be available again, it will be removed from our online store.

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
